Supporting learning, confidence and real-world experience
Download Placement FormI welcome both school and college students seeking structured placement experience across social care, property maintenance, cleaning services and community support environments.
A work experience placement gives you the chance to gain insight into working in the social care field and find out more about what a career in social care can offer you.
Due to the variety of work that is undertaken, there is an opportunity to gain experience in a variety of roles which are quite diverse, yet interrelated. Most customers require support in more than one of these areas, so no two days are likely to be the same.
Observational learning and community support experience.
Exposure to practical maintenance environments.
Understanding professional service delivery.
Developing confidence through real interaction.
All placements are risk assessed, supervised and coordinated with educational providers and families where appropriate.
Download the placement form, complete it and return it via email.
